A Prayer for Trying to Conceive
God of faith,
Hear the deepest prayer of our hearts,
for a child to be ours.
Help us to believe—
even when we wrestle with doubt,
even when months pass empty,
even when darkness threatens our joy—
that your promise of love for us
remains faithful, good, and true.
God of hope,
Hold our dreams for a child
within your loving hands.
Fill our hearts with hope,
and lift our eyes to look to you.
When worries creep into our thoughts,
let your light cast out every fear.
God of love,
Help us to trust when times get trying,
that this journey will bring us closer to you,
no matter where our road turns or ends.
Bless our dreams for a family,
and draw us deeper in love together
as we wait in joyful hope
for a child to welcome with love.
God of faith and hope and love,
let your will be done.
Amen.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years now. It is devastating news for us when I take a pregnancy test. But we haven’t lost faith, I know that when and if it is God’s will we will be able to conceive. Please pray for us, so that our family gets to grow. Please pray for my husband and myself so that we can bring a beautiful child to this world.

After a miscarriage in 2014 my husband and I have been trying to conceive to no avail. Please keep us in your prayers. It’s been a trying and long road thus far. We are hoping and praying that it will happen soon. Please pray for my conception but also faith that God has a plan for us and he knows my heart.

Please pray for me and my wife that we may be blessed with a child. We have been trying for a child for 7 years. I cant see my wife breaking down slowly every month. I do my best to give her courage and make her happy but I know within that she is slowly getting depressed. Pray for us!

Thank you so much for your blog it’s very inspirational. Please pray for my husband and I to be able to conceive twins. As well as remove the anxiety , saddeness, and fear of infertility everytime I get my period. We’ve been trying for a couple of months. I’m leaving it in God’s hands to fulfill his plans for our life. I have faith in him.
Please pray for my husband and me been married for 12 years. Have three kids. Two boys and a daughter. Our 10 year old daughter been asking us for a baby sister . One day she told me that she been praying for a baby sister. Ten years ago but im not sure I had my tubes tied. But I have complete faith in our Lord Jesus Christ that we will get our miracle baby.

The first time in my life I’ve met the person that I asked God for. He has children and I have none. He knows he wants a family with me. I love Chris and all I want is for us to have a healthy child. We are trying to conceive and nothing has happened. We do have a few challenges I am overweight, he is older. I ask for prayer to open us up to conceive a child. I want to be a mother more than anything.
