I’m delighted to introduce you to the updated Mothering Spirit website! (Created in the midst of chaos, as you can see.)
Check out these brand-new features:
My Books: In addition to Everyday Sacrament: The Messy Grace of Parenting, you can now access the free resources I’ve written on vocation and calling for the Collegeville Institute Seminars, as well as a new book on discipleship that’s coming out from our project this November!
New Here? I created this page to let readers know more about the vision of Mothering Spirit and my hopes for deepening a spirituality of parenting.
Prayers for Pregnancy: In response to readers’ requests, I’ve added prayers for Trying to Conceive, Infertility, and Miscarriage. (The new look of the Prayers for Pregnancy page is one of my favorites, too.)
Favorite Topics: Posts are now organized into five new categories: Sacraments, Scripture, Seasons of Church & Home, Spiritual Practices, and Spirituality in Daily Life. (Turns out that all my favorite things to write about start with S? Serendipitous.)
Resources for Parents: I’ll be adding to this new section in the coming months with resources for celebrating sacraments with kids. For now, check out the reflections on living the liturgical year at home.
I hope you’ll enjoy the new look and offerings. If you’re an email subscriber, your subscription should transfer automatically. But please double-check so that you don’t miss out on new posts!
Thanks in advance for your patience as we smooth out any bumps in the switch to the new site. More good things coming soon…
